4. RUNNING:
According to my thinking, running is most beneficial exercises after jumping to make your body fully warmth and get good results. So before running you should walk fast for ten minutes and then run slowly. Make sure to inhale from your nose and exhale from mouth or nose. The inhalation important because when you inhale air (dry, cold air) it becomes warmth in nose and don’t harm your lungs. But air (dry, cold air) inhaled by mouth area don’t warmth and may be harmful for your lungs.
5. WARM DOWN:
These exercises no every sports man know about that. These exercises make your body relaxed and fatigue free. In running walking for 10 minutes after running is called warm down.
It is most important and valuable part of exercises and in boxing. After complete warm up when your body go to the limit and where you feel it’s enough and can’t more work then it’s convenient to warm down your body. This will relax your body muscles and prevent muscle fatigue and injuries.
