Running has a unique importance in every sports i.e. Boxing, hockey, cricket, badminton, valley ball, rugby, wrestling, kickboxing, and all aerobic and anaerobic sports to increase stamina and endurance in fight and every sports. If somebody want good stamina in his sports like in boxing for 1 to 12 rounds continuous punching and fighting boxer need some infinite stamina to fight in his 12 bouts without getting enough oxygen. Running developed your lungs to absorb more quantity of oxygen that helps every sports man to do his job perfectly.

What do you need before running?

Its most important question for my point of view. First of all you need some best shoes to run better. Shoes quality should be high that support your foot enough. To get best shoes you need to buy good quality shoes that will help you in running faster and safely. Many runners got some injuries like sprains, broken ligaments etc of feet after running some days. It is because they don’t follow the right way.

Other important equipment is running shorts. For better and professional runners it is necessary to buy a shorts to run faster and in right directions. Running shorts for both men and women are available in markets so you need to buy shoes and shorts before joining this game.

After all shorts are not so necessary important but you must need good and comfortable shoes first.

Different between running and sprint:


According to my point of view, two types of running are found one is marathon and the second is sprint. Marathon runners run very slowly than sprinters because they cover very long distance almost 42 Kilometer. Many sports men or women just scared after heard about this distance but professional runners have enough stamina that they run about 2 hours 15min average time to cover this long distance.

Second is Sprint race in which the distances remain very short about 100 meters, 200 meters, 500 meters, 1000 meters or 1500 meters etc. The game starts when a person fire and end in few seconds.

Usain Bolt is the world most legendary sprinter in the world history. He made his own records broken. In every new match he made a new record.

About in 9 seconds he has covered the distance of 100 meters. Usain bolt run like a gun fire and people around the world love him so much. He has thousand of fans who support him and give an inspiration to achieve his desired destinations.

Benefits


Every sport in this world has advantages if done in right way. So first of all if anyone ran, then he must knew about the right techniques used for it. For sports man like boxers, wrestlers, football players who need some extra amount of oxygen to absorb in their lungs or other anaerobic sports in which very low amount of oxygen absorb in lungs then there is no alternative for running. Every athlete in this world run because it makes its body strengthen and powerful and increase his stamina very rapidly.

How to run faster?


How to run faster, peoples often thought or asked about this that how can they increase their capacity to run faster. The things you must remember are for running faster you must know about its science. When our feet force on earth surface, earth surface react in same force to our body and we move forward. According to Newton’s Third Law of Motion,

“Every action has a reaction. Actions and reactions are same but in opposite direction”

So what amount of force we make on earth same amount of force earth make on our body so if we want to run faster then we must increase force on earth surface.

Seconds are our hands antagonistic motion. When right hand move forward then left hand will be backward and the increases in the antagonistic motion increases running speed.

Mud Running


For beginners they should run on a mud track to avoid foot injuries like sprains, pain, broken ligaments and other foot injuries. When I started running I started from road. After one week I felt pain in my feet that remained for two weeks.

In that section I couldn’t run because of that pain and then my Coach Sir Idrees Babar said me, “You should run first on mud track and then road footpath and then when you felt your legs are hardened and stronger then you can run on road.”

These worlds make sense and are most important for me.

Games

People especially children play this game on their laptops and mobile but they don’t run physically. Let run, I advised everyone in this world, if he want a healthy wealthy life then he/she must run (according to his body condition) for at least 3 minutes to live healthy life.
