Amir Khan Boxer | The Real Fighter Fighting

Amir khan is 29 years old British Boxer, has fighted in three weight classes one is welterweight, second is lightweight, and the third is lightwelterweight catagory. Recently, he won WBA Welterweight Silver Belt Champion.

Family

He not just interested in playing boxing but also like cricket (and his friend Shahid Afridi), basketball etc. In 2013 khan married with an pakistani american studend named as Faryal Makhdoom and has one daughter named as Lamaisah. Now he is living happy married life.

Olympic Carrier

He won olympic fights at the age of seventeen years and won many olympic titles. Recently, in 2011, The IBT (International Bussiness Times) said, he is the eighteen (8th) best Pound for pound boxer in the world.

Boxing

Boxing is the game (martial art) in which two fighters (boxers) fight with gloved hands and where kicks make fauls. Boxes gather in a ring where a referee always present. There are three rounds also called bouts of 3 minutes in amateur boxing fights and 12 rounds or bouts in professional boxing fights like IBA (International Boxing Association). Amateur boxers can wear blue or red boxing kit but professional boxer are allowed to wear kneeker of any design they wants. The goals is to get more points or knock down or knock out the opponent.

A few time ago, amateur boxers wear a protected helmut of foam to avoid serious head damage while in professional boxing no any protected sheet used. Now a days, this rule has dismiss and amateur boxer also don't allowed to wear a foam helmut on their head.

As i have already explain that how and when i met a Boxing Coach in my college Sports Hall and join boxing.He promise to train me and all others students who was interested in Boxing and said us to came tomorrow and we will start our First boxing class.I was happy and so much interested at that time and waiting for tomorrow's first boxing class.
Tomorrow i went into Sports Hall and there was no coach yet reached.At 10:00 AM Coach came and almost 25 students was there at that time and i was one of that students.
Boxing coach was asking from students that who a little bit know about boxing and there was some students who are doing Boxing Shadow and Coach pointing out their mistakes and i as before did not know about Boxing watching that scene and feeling complex.But i was not who felt complex forever,i am man who make my complex my power and done Hard work and make myself a boxer,My coach best boxer ever...

MY CHILDHOOD IN THE STREET OF PAKISTAN

VIDEO GAMES

When i was a child i love to go in a street video games shop.And i always play fighting related games like Taken 3,97,2000,98,A street fighter, and others fighting games which i play in a video games shop located at our street corner.I start to play these games and in a very short time i become a full master of these games.This was the point which today i noticed that i was a Natural Fighter.
I have also lost a lot of money in the games shop, every one cents (rupees) that i take from my home i waste in street corner,video games shop.
My uncle once saw me in the games shop and ordered me to no go in the games shop again.But i was addicted to go and play games so i went to shop again and play in favorite games ( fighting ).
I have no idea that my exams were near and i should study, and i always found in Games shop and play fighting games which i like very much.
My father once saw me in the games shop and he also ordered me and also beat me to no go in the shop again but i don't hear my father's advised carefully and also went to shop to play games.
My father told me my uncle,who don't work at all and always found in the street corner wasting time..., from that day my Uncle whenever found me in Video games shop he beat me very badly and i ran away to my home.My uncle with uncounted times beat me and ordered me to no go in street Video games shop.I did not know, why he told me to no go in the Video games shop at that time and i always said that my Uncle is not good for me to my parents who don't want that i play games and enjoy.
My uncle restricted me to no go in the Video games shop,because the environment of shop was not fair.Peoples and child say some bad things i can't tell you about and do some bad things.
My fighting fever was not just to play Video games,it was starting of my Boxing carrier.I am telling you about my Natural Boxing Talent.I just no went to games shop and play games but i'm a man who convert my fighting games love and likeness to a professional fighter.
Playing video games is a start to my fighting carrier from which i found a natural fighting boxer in myself but i have no opportunity to learn fight and become a professional boxer.So i continue my study.
I was not bad in study,and always get Good marks in my subjects.But naturally i was a boxer and i not like to study without boxing.I was happy to study with boxing because i can't lose my love but as i have told you before that i have not opportunity to play boxing,because there were no boxing coach in my school.
As a school boy i just play fighting games to ensure myself that i am in a sports field,but in reality i felt that something is missing which i found in the age of seventeen in College.(i will told you about it in detail,when i discuss my COLLEGE LIFE with you.)





MY BABA GAME - PHYSICAL FITNESS

When i felt that my uncle and my parents don't want that i play in street corner Video games shop,then i decide to went in another shop,in which i found a game which i called BABA GAME.And first when i played it,i win three games with no idea how to played.I was happy and felt that its better than Video games,because i first felt my body felt comfortable after playing three games spontaneously.
The rent of playing game was 3 rupees ( cent ), which was good for me to play 12 rounds.I start to went into these games and played that Baba game.The word BABA GAME i gave to that game.I become a master in that game in a very short time and won from many players who was known players in that shop.
I played BABA GAME because i felt good and comfortable in playing that physical game.I felt that my hands were working hardly,as BABA GAME is played just with hands and i felt that my wrist is become strengthen by playing that game.
It was starting of my physical game carrier that i have first played.And my uncle don't followed me in that game and felt free to went in that game shop which was a some distance far from my house and played that BABA GAME and lost a lot of money in that game.
I change that game shop and went into a Club where different games boys were playing like, SNOOKER,BABA GAMES,VIDEO GAMES and others.I daily went into that shop and play BABA GAME and become a known player in that area.When i was in eight class,i end going into all Game Shops and focused on my study fully.
In ten class i met a friend in my academy, where i went to learn Biology,Physics,Chemistry and other necessary subjects.My friend name AHMAR was a Gymnastar and Martial arts player.I got interest in his game.He done many Gymnastic stunts in front of me and i fallen into his that game fever first.I said to my friend to teach me that stunts and Gymnastic and become agreed to teach me Gymnastic and other Martial Arts techniques and Exercises.
In that days i awake up early in the morning and went to my home nearest Ground ( garden ) and met my friend there who teach me and my other interested friends.
He first focused on Exercises and he taught me and other friends some Physical Exercises and made our bodies flexible and strengthen our body.He teach us different techniques of punching and because he was an Gymnastic,in a short time period when he felt that we were able to learn Gymnastic Stunts and our body got flexibility he start to teach stunts.
When start to learn stunts like HAND STAND,CART WHEEL,BACK FLIP, i got a shoulder INJURY.Because of that injury i stop going in park and stop training.
At that time my exams were nearest and i stop doing Gymnastic and full focused on my exams and got A+ MARKS in my matriculation exams.Before stop training and exams i met with a old man in park.The old man was like chinese and at first i stay away from him but a time come when understanding take place between us.He felt that i am a very good sports man and i should join any sports academy or should participate in any sports criteria.I really think about its advise and my thoughts fly higher. 




COLLEGE LIFE - BOXING CARRIER

When i passed my matriculation exams i went to a GOVERNMENT COLLEGE,ISLAMIA COLLEGE CIVIL LINES LAHORE,and join it as a Science student.At starting of year,my focus was on study and i just want to study harder and become a good student and according to my Father with to be a Doctor and study harder for that.But with hard work full results not found because i was born for just sports,fights and Boxing my all hard work did not gave the full result.In that days in college i saw SPORTS OFFICE of our college and i went in office and met a person who was sitting on chair and reading newspaper.I talked with him and said to join Gymnastic Classes as i was a little know about Gymnastic which my Academy friend taught me.And he asked for me,what are you learning in College? and i told him that i am medical student and want to join sports.
In return he gave me advised,to do not join sports and give focus on you study.I went back and continue my study.So as a medical student i continue my study with a great hard work and full focused on my study and qualifications in my first year in college.I work hard but due to some reasons my Numbers and Marks in 1st year was not good.

A TURNING POINT - JOINING BOXING

At the starting of 2nd year,with a broken heart i was walking freely in college and i saw a notice on noticed board in which written,

"ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS ARE FULLY NOTIFY THAT STUDENTS WHO WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN COLLEGE BOXING TEAM SHOULD COME IN SPORTS HALL TOMORROW AT 10:00 AM."

Tomorrow i went into sports hall at 10:00 am, where 25 to 30 boys was standing circling a man who was taking about some basic punching techniques.That man was BOXING COACH and at same day he ordered us to came at 10:00 am every day at sports hall and i agreed for that.
This was the turning point of my in life where i start boxing, join it forever and make it my life.

This is most common question I have ever heard that what should be the diet plans for a boxer. According to my thinking, which I know about this game, a boxer should eat high calories diet during training. Diet depends upon the fight weight and body condition.

For example, a fighter with 5.7 feet height has weight about 40kg or below 100lb then its body condition shows he is underweight and need high calories diet during training. But on the other side where 5.7 inches height person has weight about 95kg or above 160lb then he will assumed as overweight and don’t need high calories diet. But healthy food to avoid illness and weakness during training.
